SocialWeb Strategy is the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide when using the Immobilix platform and website. For all privacy-related enquiries, please contact us at: privacy@Immobilix.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you use Immobilix:
- Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name. This information is used to create and manage your account.
- Usage data: We collect data about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Service. This helps us improve the product and personalise your experience.
- Room photos you upload: When you use the virtual staging features, you may upload photographs of rooms. These images are processed by our AI models to generate staged renders. We handle your photos with care and do not use them for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
- Payment information: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and Terms of Service.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. Please see our Cookie Policy for full details.
3. How We Use Your Information
SocialWeb Strategy uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the Immobilix Service, including processing your room photos and generating virtual staging renders.
- To process payments and manage your subscription, including billing, invoicing, and account management.
- To send you product updates, feature announcements, and marketing communications — but only where you have provided your consent, or where we have a legitimate interest to do so.
- To analyse usage patterns and improve the accuracy and performance of our AI staging models.
- To comply with our legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Irish law, and other applicable legislation.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, we are required to have a legal basis for processing your personal data. We rely on the following bases:
- Performance of a contract: Processing your account data and room photos is necessary to deliver the Service you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate interests: We process usage data and analytics to improve the platform and ensure its security. We have assessed that our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Compliance with legal obligations: We retain payment records and certain account data as required by Irish tax and financial regulations.
- Consent: We rely on your consent for sending marketing communications and for non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following trusted service providers, who act as data processors on our behalf:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe processes payment card data under its own data processing terms.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Cloud infrastructure and data storage. Data is stored in the EU (Ireland) region where possible.
- Intercom: Customer support and in-app messaging.
- Analytics providers: Including Google Analytics for usage analytics. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) that require them to process your data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following specific retention periods:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account, plus three (3) years following account closure, in accordance with our legitimate business interests.
- Room photos: Permanently deleted ninety (90) days after your account is closed or upon your written request, whichever is earlier.
- Payment records: Retained for seven (7) years in compliance with Irish tax law and the requirements of the Revenue Commissioners.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

- Right to data portability: You may request a machine-readable copy of your personal data to transfer to another service provider.
- Right to object: You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@Immobilix.com. We will respond to your request within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Ireland: the Data Protection Commission (DPC), accessible at dataprotection.ie.
8. International Transfers
Your personal data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we transfer data outside the EEA — for example, to certain third-party service providers — we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
9. Security
SocialWeb Strategy takes the security of your personal data seriously. We implement the following technical and organisational measures to protect your information:
- SOC 2 certified cloud infrastructure with continuous security monitoring.
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit between your browser and our servers.
- AES-256 encryption for all data stored at rest.
- Regular penetration testing conducted by independent third-party security specialists.
- Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data.
While we implement robust security measures, no system is completely immune to risk. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Data Protection Commission in accordance with GDPR requirements.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the features of the Service. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
