How do I upload a room photo?
Navigate to New Staging, click Upload Photo, and drag your image into the upload zone. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats up to 50MB. Our AI will analyze the room and map its dimensions automatically.
Can I use furniture from multiple retailers?
Yes! You can mix and match products from any of our 50+ retailer partners in a single staging. There are no restrictions on combining brands.
How accurate is the furniture scaling?
Our AI scales furniture to within ±2cm accuracy in 94% of cases. For best results, include a reference object (like a door) in your room photo.
What file formats can I export?
We support JPG (screen-optimized), PNG (lossless), TIFF (print-ready), and PDF (portfolio). All exports are watermark-free on paid plans.
Can I share a staging with my client?
Yes — generate a shareable link from the Export menu. Clients can view, comment on, and click through to purchase any product shown.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, Immobilix is available on iOS and Android. Full functionality is supported including real-time 3D preview.
How do I add my own branding to renders?
Under Export settings, upload your logo and select placement (corner or watermark). Custom branding is available on Professional and Agency plans.
