What our AI can do
When you upload a photo of an empty room, our computer vision engine performs an immediate structural scan. It identifies walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, and fixed architectural features — building a complete spatial map of the space in under a second. This depth-aware analysis is the foundation every subsequent decision is built on.
Next, the system generates a lightweight 3D room model using photogrammetry techniques refined on over 12 million real estate photographs. This model accurately captures ceiling height, floor area, and perspective angles so that every piece of furniture placed in the scene sits correctly in three-dimensional space — never floating, never clipping through walls, never at an implausible angle.
With the room mapped, our product-matching algorithm queries the 500,000+ item catalog filtered by room dimensions, target style, and price tier. Each product's real-world dimensions are scaled precisely to the room — a 96-inch sofa occupies exactly the right footprint relative to the floor plan, every time. The algorithm prioritizes combinations that have performed well in A/B tested listing photos across our user base.
Finally, the layout optimization engine runs multiple arrangement simulations — evaluating traffic flow, sightlines from the camera angle, natural light interaction, and visual balance — before presenting the top three recommended layouts. You can accept a recommendation, tweak it manually, or let the AI iterate further. Every decision is explainable: hover any placed item to understand why the AI chose it.
